Japanska salata od krastavaca / Japanese cucumber salad


Priprema

 Operite i ogulite krastavce. Prerežite ih na pola i uklonite sjemenke. Nasjeckajte ih na jako tanke kriške i dobro osušite papirnim ubrusom. Pomješajte sirće, šećer i so. Dodajte krastavce i sjemenke susama. Dobro promješajte i poslužite odmah.

Ovaj ujednačeni doručak odličan je izbor ako nemate mnogo vremena ujutro. U plastičnu kesu ubacite jabuku, nasjeckane komadiće sira i nekoliko oraha.

Tost s puterom od kikirikija
Dvije kašičice putera od kikirikija namažite na tost od cijelih žitarica i dobićete odličan obrok pun proteina i vlakana. Za dodatna vlakana, stavite malo suhog grožđa.

Krofna i čokoladno mlijeko
Izaberite praznu krofnu i nemasno čokoladno mlijeko. Hranljiva vlakna možete dodati tako što ćete pojesti i četvrtinu šolje badema ili suhog voća.

Šejk od jagoda
U blender ubacite svježe jagode i nemasno mlijeko (može i sojino). Po želji dodajte i bananu, a šejk možete napraviti i veče prije, pa ga čuvati u frižideru.

Sladoled s žitaricama
Kao što svi znamo, žitarice s mlijekom idealan su doručak. Umjesto mlijeka, možete ih ubaciti i u “lajt” sladoled od vanile ili zamrznuti jogurt. Dodajte malo svježeg voća za dozu vitamina i vlakana.
